PriceJugaad ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, why we collect it, and how you can control it.

Account: email address and password (encrypted) when you sign up.
Product tracking: product names, URLs, prices, and target prices you save.
Push notifications: device push subscription tokens (only if you enable notifications).
Usage data: basic technical logs (browser type, timestamps) to keep the service reliable.

2. How we use it

Track prices for products you added and alert you on drops.
Authenticate you and secure your account.
Improve performance and fix issues.

3. Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share limited data only with:

Our hosting/database provider (Supabase) to store your account and tracked products.
Web-push service providers when we send you a notification.
Amazon / affiliate partners — but only when you click an affiliate link, and only the click information they need to attribute the sale.

4. Affiliate links

PriceJugaad participates in the Amazon Associates Program and other affiliate programs. When you click a deal link and buy something, we may earn a small commission at no extra cost to you. Prices and availability are displayed as reported by the retailer and can change at any time.

5. Cookies

We use only essential cookies / local storage to keep you signed in and remember your preferences. We do not use third-party ad-tracking cookies.

6. Your rights

You can update or delete your account and tracked products from within the app at any time. To request a full data export or account deletion, email us at the address below.

7. Data retention

We keep your data as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, your personal data is removed within 30 days (backups may take slightly longer).

8. Children

PriceJugaad is not intended for users under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
